Heated sculpt... the worst workout ever?

Or at least that's what I thought before I ever stepped foot in a class! I grew up playing sports year round and loved moving my body, how playing sports made me feel, and being part of the sports community. After graduating high school, I no longer had a sport, and fell out of my fitness routine. I had never really gotten into workout classes until I moved back to Boston and started going to local studios with my friends. It wasn't until 2023 that I stepped into a heated sculpt class (the class format I had previously stated "sounded like the worst workout ever.") That one class changed everything, and I fell in love with heated workouts!

Why LCG Studio?

I was taking 3-4 heated workouts a week, and I was so sick of having to adjust my mat towel every couple of minutes in class - so I decided to make a solution! I also had a bunch of cute workout sets but bland, gray towels - so I added designs too! I hope you find our mat towel design as helpful as I do!
